Thank you for considering our coaching services. Before you engage our services, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Agreement: By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Confidentiality: All client information and conversations will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.
Scope of services: Our coaching services are designed to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Are included : Life Coaching, Health Coaching, Personal Training & Tennis coaching. Our personal training program includes personalized workout plans, fitness assessments, and progress tracking to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Our tennis coaching program is designed to help clients improve their skills, technique, and performance on the court. Our Health Coaching Program called “Body+” offers guidance on nutrition, stress management, and other lifestyle factors that impact overall health and well-being. Our Life Coaching Program called “GSH PRIME” is a fully comprehensive program including practical strategies & techniques to achieve personal growth and development. Please note that while we are experienced and knowledgeable in these areas, we do not provide therapy, medical, or legal advice.
Coaching sessions: Coaching sessions will be conducted via phone, video conferencing, or in-person meetings as agreed upon by both parties. Each session will last for approximately 30-60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. From time to time and due to the coaches availabilities, we may assign a different coach to conduct some or all of the coaching sessions. We will make every effort to notify the client in advance and ensure that the replacement coach is qualified and experienced to provide the same level of service. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree that coaching sessions may be conducted by a different coach if necessary, and that this will not constitute a breach of our agreement.
Payment: Payment for our services is due in full prior to the first coaching session. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the coaching session.
Cancellation policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeit of that session.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our services, but we may offer a credit for future coaching sessions if the client is unable to complete the coaching program due to extenuating circumstances.
Liability: We are not liable for any actions taken or not taken by the client as a result of the coaching sessions.
Termination: If at any given time the client decides the terminate the package before the end, the package fee paid will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to all of our customers. If, for any reason, our company needs to terminate your package, we will provide a full refund of the remaining sessions. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we will work to ensure that the termination is handled as smoothly as possible.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Existing clients will be informed via email.
